How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for exchange or credit, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returned merchandise is eligible for exchange or credit towards your next purchase, you must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. Returns are processed upon receipt of merchandise.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item either via Email or by phone. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 15 days old, no exceptions. Please keep item in the original packaging with all tags attached in case of damage, accompanied by a copy of the original order invoice and receipt. We will email you a FedEx label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent if available upon receipt (we will hold it for you until your return is received) as long as it has not been used, worn or washed. We will notify you via email if the item is out of stock and you will receive a full refund or we will send a comparable item equal to the purchase price of your item.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed with its original tags. Items that have been worn are not eligible for return
We do not refund shipping charges
We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items
We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear
If you have been in contact with us in regards to having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include the return authorization code received from our Customer Service in your return shipment.
We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:
All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service. Rates are calculated through United States Postal calculator, based on the weight and your location. All Tennessee residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of Tennessee and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package leaves Swirgurl® shipping department.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
It usually takes 3-10 business days to receive the order. If you have any questions about delivery or have a date you need your order, please let us know by email or call us at 615-513-3347.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to causes beyond U.S.P.S's control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God including weather delays, and natural disasters.
Any cancellations must be placed via email within 48 hours of the initial order. After 48 hours sales are final.made via email will be caught and canceled. Telephoning us will insure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments. Email our customer service at email@example.com.
Please note that Swirgurl.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information that is entered at checkout. Also note that Swirgurl.com is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address that was entered by the customer in the online shopping cart at checkout. If your shipping information is entered incorrectly and you do not notify us before your package goes out we cannot get the package back from the shipper. If you enter incorrect shipping information and do not receive your package Swirgurl.com will not provide a refund. Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of Tennessee per state regulations. Sales Tax is not charged to orders shipped to the states outside of Tennessee.
If a package was a undeliverable or shipment was refused, the Customer can choose not to have their purchase reshipped and a refund (less original shipping and restocking fee) will be returned to the customer. If the address was incorrect due to a mistake by the customer no refund is due. If it is our error, the customer will not be charged. Please print and check your receipt for accuracy. Report any change to customer service via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Holiday shipping times are subject to change. During Christmas holiday we do not ship products out on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. All orders made the day before Christmas Eve will ship the first business day after Christmas.
The shipping information assumes that all the products ordered are all in stock. Swirgurl® is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package leaves our warehouse. Packages may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control.
Swirgurl.com respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals.
